Actually everything was really good, my next choice again in Puebla. The place was luxurious and absolutely fantastic, with its caring staff who provided great service. The breakfast was marvellous and delicious, they make a great selection of meals. The location was marvellous and amazing for exploring Puebla.

Too big. Room too far away. Warm water too long to wait. Stinky bathroom. Staff very unfriendly with check in and check out. Pretentious.

Loved this stylish hotel with incredibly attentive staff who delivered excellent service. Our twin room was beautifully decorated with a comfortable king-size bed. The location was fantastic, near a wonderful private museum.

The place was fairly clean and gorgeous. Had caring and attentive staff who provided great service. The rooms were spotless and reasonably large in style with their colonial surroundings - we liked it. Our accommodation was set in a central location close enough to Cathedral, the historic downtown, and many museums.

Free wifi did not work and had to pay, rooms are small and the lighting is not great. For such a high price it did not include parking or continental breakfast. The courtyard was a little blank and the bar too separated from the dining area. Need to connect the two.

Convenient location, just a short hop from the market area. The room is comfortable, featuring a nice big king-size bed that's perfect for getting some good z's. 😊

Reception Staff we rude and on check out over charged my card as they converted dollars to pesos, which I didn't realise until my return home. This hotel has little atmosphere, nice perhaps if you are on business but if on vacation I would stay elsewhere.

Fantastic and quiet place to stay while in Puebla. The rooms with the bedroom and king-size bed, as example, very welcoming staff who provided great service. Great location in Puebla close to the Quinta Real and one of the best Puebla restaurants and Museums, Cathedral, zocalo and fine restaurants. Also, close to historical area of Puebla.
